Diplomatic Automobile Plates:
Once you have completed your foreign national status by working out your passport with the Nation of the Amnesty Coalition explanatory statement (and have had your passport approved and issued), have turned in your Certificate of Title to have it destroyed and have the State remove all security interest on the vehicle, have entirely gotten rid of (turned in and fully destroyed, with evidence) your driver's license, have destroyed or addressed any other contracts that incorrectly naturalize you into the corporate version of your State, and have also gotten your private motor carrier DOT number, you can go to this link then click “edit design” and simply swap out the number on the plate for your DOT number, then have them printed (I WOULD NOT DO THIS UNTIL ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE COMPLETED).

Explanatory Statement - Attached to DS-11 Passport Application:
Here is a link to the explanatory statement (IT NEEDS TO BE NOTARIZED) you can use for your passport application - I STILL RECOMMEND YOU SEND A COPY OF YOUR LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN WITH THIS EXPLANATORY STATEMENT. If you don’t have a long form birth certificate or you’re having troubles getting it from your State, USE A DS-10 FORM AND ATTACH THAT TO YOUR DS-11 FORM.
The ONLY parts you edit are (you can edit whatever you want, but this is the minimum):
Replace my name and address at the top of page one with yours
Replace the 3 versions of the all caps name on page 1 with your name variations
My name at the very bottom of the last notarization page needs to be replaced with yours.

"Thank you very much for your letter.
I signed the DS-11 under penalty of perjury and paid all dues to have my passport processed.
I also notarized, under penalty of perjury, any Explanatory Statement that was submitted with the DS-11 form.
With full understanding that I could be facing not one, but two charges of perjury if my information is proven to be a lie, I stand by the documents as they were filled out.
Please process and file all documents as they were sent in. Thank you very much for your assistance."

Template to Eliminate Certificate of Title, Driver’s License, License Plates, Tags, etc:

So, with this document, you can use it to get rid of your Certificate of Title, your plates, your registration and your driver’s license… all in one shot. Now, for many of you, you might have your driver’s license in one State, your registration in another, etc. This is a basic backbone template and not meant to cover all situations for all people. Meaning, you may decide to physically go into the DMV with all your stuff and do everything in-person. In that situation, you will edit the document to say that you visited in person and you can sign it as an affidavit to issue with everything being returned. If you have multiple States to deal with, then you will have to send multiple versions of this document, all edited properly for what you are doing. But it won’t require much work to do that for each thing. Ideally, you have everything all in the same State then you can just either mail it all in or go in-person. IF YOU GO IN-PERSON, YOU NEED SOME PROOF OR DOCUMENTATION OF WHAT OCCURED. YOU NEED SPECIFICS AND IDEALLY A SIGNATURE AND DATE OF SOMEONE WHO HELPED YOU. DON’T LEAVE WITHOUT SOME KIND OF DECLARATION OR EVIDENCE IN CASE THERE ARE FUTURE ISSUES. YOU COULD BE IN A WORLD OF PAIN LATER IF YOU DO NOT GET SOME KIND OF EVIDENCE OF THIS TRANSACTION! PRIVATE IRREVOCABLE TRUST AND CERTIFICATE OF TRUST TEMPLATES:

A trust is, in it’s most basic essence, a contract. It’s a contract that covers how the assets in the trust (called the “res” of the trust) will be administered by the trustees in order to benefit the beneficiaries. The grantor is the one who creates all the rules in the trust and the trustees agree to follow what the grantor has set forth (and the trustees should be compensated for their time, work and expertise).
The trust indenture, when it comes to a PRIVATE trust, is never shown to anyone. The only information that is given out to anyone is what is found in the “Certificate of Trust.” “Certificate of trust” means basically “this is proof that a trust exists and this is all the information that you need to contract with it.” THE TRUST IS A SEPARATE “PERSON” IN LAW. Very simple. I will be covering this trust in great detail in the Free Contract Course Version 2.0, once released.

FOIA TEMPLATE:

There is nothing partciularly spectacular about this, but I figured you guys would appreciate this. I’ll cover this more in 2.0, but you don’t write letters and beg and get mad to get information. You calmly issue FOIA requests. Most government corporations have a FOIA section on their website saying where to mail/email/fax FOIA requests. I will put a VERY SIMPLE template below and you will need to adjust it for your use. Be VERY short, VERY simple and request anything you need. Worried about if the IRS processed your Revocation of Election? Use one of these. Wanting to build evidence for a lawsuit? Use one of these. THERE IS NOTHING TO GET MAD ABOUT. Simply edit this document to meet your desired informational requests and try as hard as you can to keep it under one page (two pages max… if you need more info then do another request. Don’t do a 20 page request… that is not honorable because, by law, they only get like 10 days to respond. Don’t be a dick.)
